Your account has a separate server workspace for its bots, conversations and AI connections. The browser and desktop apps connect to that workspace; closing an app does not stop server work. The server and AI provider still need to be online.

  • Up to ten saved bots, including BOB
  • Choose a connected AI model for each bot
  • One active task across your team during beta
  • No trial countdown is currently running

Ten bots means ten saved helpers, not ten simultaneous tasks. Finish or stop the current task before starting another—even if it is waiting for your approval. Connecting your AI does not start a seven-day countdown. Connected providers’ usage limits and any API charges still apply.
